Budgies participates in affiliate programs, including Rakuten Advertising, Awin, Skimlinks, and others. When you click a "SNAG IT" link (or any outbound link to a retailer) and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that retailer or affiliate network — at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you click through from Budgies or go to the retailer directly; the commission comes out of the retailer's marketing budget, not your wallet.

This never changes what we tell you

Deal scores, "SUS" flags, and buy-or-wait verdicts are calculated the same way for every product regardless of commission rate, and regardless of whether a merchant participates in our affiliate program at all. We don't rank a deal higher because it pays us more. If we ever offer a paid placement that isn't based on our own scoring, we'll label it clearly as sponsored or an ad, separately from the deal feed.

Pricing isn't real-time

We refresh prices and availability on a regular schedule, not continuously — see the "Checked …" timestamp on every deal card and product page for when we last confirmed a price. A retailer's actual price can change between our last check and the moment you click through, so always verify the final price on the retailer's own site before completing a purchase.
